Student Relations
We serve as a liaison for the dental hygiene students attending our local dental hygiene programs; have members who are available for students looking for mentors; and coordinate functions to promote socialization, and networking amongst both dental hygiene programs.

Student Members of CDHA have an opportunity to apply for the CDHA Foundation scholarship. CDHA Foundation is the non-profit foundation of CDHA.
Represent Your School
As a student member of CDHA, you are eligible to represent your school at the annual CDHA House of Delegates meeting in June. As a Student Delegate, you will experience the behind the scene business aspects of our professional association, meet other students and create lifelong friendships, and have an opportunity to network with Hygienists, and Hygienists in Alternative Practice from all over California! The best part of this … CDHA funds your room and travel expense!

It’s okay to take a break & have a little fun!
Whether it’s senior recognition night, happy hour socials, a day out at the park, or walking/hiking Iron Mountain, taking a break from the books and projects are a must. CDHA SD tries our best to come up with ideas to assist you in getting plugged in with other hygienists … network!
